Enyo Wins at The AEAF 2010 Awards!

Wednesday 11th of August “The Legend of Enyo” took home the win in the best TV-Series category at in The AEAF 2010 Awards in Sydney. The series, which is produced by Avrill Stark, Flying Bark Production Sydney and Michael Christensen/Poul Kofod Funkhauser Film Copenhagen, won for best animation and fx.

“Legend of Enyo” is based upon a original concept created by Jesper Østergaard. The other finalists in the TV-series category were “The Pasific”, Illoura. Produced by Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg.

Producer Avrill Stark and Production Executive Michael O'Brien from Flying Bark Productions topped the TV Series category for 'Legend of Enyo'.

“The Legend of Enyo” – running on NRK Super

“The Legend of Enyo” is now running on NRK Super, every Saturday and Sunday.

From 28.08.2010 we will also be on-air at SVT in Sweden.

TV2 Denmark will start broadcasting the series commencing 19.12.2010.

Enyo on air at Channel 7 Australia

30th of January, Legend of Enyo started on air at Channel 7 Australia every Saturday.
Later this year Enyo will be broadcasted at KIKA Germany, NRK Norway, SVT Sweden

Starting the final animation is a serious thing. Last spring production executive Michael O’Brian from Sydney, originator Jesper Østergaard and managing director Poul Kofod from Copenhagen, met in China, to look at the first test, give their feedback and final input. Please enjoy, and share with us, the great enthusiasm we felt we got from our Chinese friends.

Funkhauser Film in co-production with Avrill Stark Entertainment and Flying Bark Productions.

Legend of Enyo is developed by Funkhauser Film in Copenhagen and based upon a universe created by Jesper Østergaard.
Even though it’s a danish developed universe, a lot of the work has taken place in Sydney and in China. Funkhauser
Film and especially Jesper, have been very much involved in the whole creative process, and Jesper has spent a lot of time in
Sydney, together with the creative team. This small video clip, will give you a little impression about a normal day in the
creative studio.
